Can I receive packages from Amazon, UPS and FedEx?
Yes. We accept packages from every carrier, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon. Packages that don’t fit in your box are held behind our counter.
Can I use this address for my business?
Yes. Many customers use their Pomegranate address on business cards, websites and online orders.
What do I need to sign up?
Bring your ID and complete the mailbox application. Every private mailbox customer also completes USPS Form 1583. Our staff will help you with the required USPS verification before your mailbox is activated.
What is USPS Form 1583?
It’s a federal form that authorizes us to receive mail for you. You sign it in front of our staff, or in front of our notary at our office or at your location by mobile notary.
How do I get mail if I’m traveling?
We can hold your mail while you’re away or forward it to you for $7 per shipment plus postage.
Do longer terms cost less?
Yes. 12-month terms include 1 month free, 24-month terms include 2 months free and 36-month terms include 3 months free. The setup fee is also waived.
Can more than one person receive mail at my box?
Yes. The box holder’s name is included, and each additional name is $10 per month. Each adult completes their own Form 1583.
